The Experience
You’ll be guided through a grounding meditation followed by a full-body chakra-balancing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and more. Each frequency is intentionally played to support a different energy center, allowing the body to soften while your energetic system recalibrates.

The Ritual: The Alignment Bracelet Ceremony
At the beginning of the experience, each participant will receive a chakra beaded bracelet, representing the full spectrum of the energy centers within the body. You’ll be invited to hold your bracelet at your heart and silently set one intention for where you desire balance, healing, or clarity in your life.
As we move through the sound bath, each chakra will be activated through intentional sound frequencies. You’ll gently touch the corresponding bead on your bracelet as each energy center is supported, anchoring the vibration into your body and energetic field.
At the close of the journey, you’ll place the bracelet around your wrist as a symbol of integration, alignment, and embodiment, carrying the frequencies with you beyond the session and into your daily life.
